Lifer students

Who We Are

LiferStudents is a student ministry which exists to help 6th-12th graders fall deeply in love with Jesus, make him King of their life, and be committed to the mission of making disciples. Our Lifer Students volunteers do a tremendous job of discipling our students and encouraging them to take ownership of their faith. The Word of God is the foundation of everything that we do. We make an effort to BE the Church for every student that comes through the doors. We do all this in an effort to make disciple makers who will impact our community.

Monday Nights

6:00 – 8:00 pm in Building 1

This is the life of our student community! Every week students gather and spend time in fellowship, playing games, worshipping, building relationships in small groups,  and discussing faith, life, and the Scriptures. We want to be disciples of Jesus and make disciples of Jesus. It’s not what we do, It’s WHO WE ARE. Come join us and be impacted by what God is doing. Show up early and grab some snacks from the snack bar and have some fun!

Sunday Mornings

10:30 am in Building 2, Room 200

Each week we take a deep dive into the Scriptures, during Bible Study. We want our students to have a strong understanding of the Word of God. On Sunday mornings we gather in small groups and study God's Word. Show up a little early for some donuts and fellowship.

What Are We Learning?

Monday Nights

FREE PEOPLE: A 4-WEEK SERIES ON AUTHORITY

Have you ever had to follow a rule that made absolutely no sense to you? Maybe it was a rule about what you could or couldn’t wear, where you could or couldn’t go, or who you could or couldn’t spend time with. When some people think about God, that is what they think about — a list of rules miles long that don’t seem important or relevant to their lives. But said there are only two rules that matter most: love God and love others as you love yourself. In this 4-week series in the book of James, we'll discover that the right rules can set you free — and that free people don't dance with danger, make decisions that benefit others, and give up their freedoms for others.

Sunday Morning

The Thread

The Thread is designed to accomplish two things. First, your teenager will learn the big-picture story of Scripture. So many teenagers simply don’t have a grasp of the narrative of the Bible. Key characters. Key events. Few teenagers understand how these elements fit into the story of God and His people. The Thread aims to change this. Second, your teenager will learn what the Gospel is and how it literally courses through the narrative of the Bible. Not only will your students learn the story of the Bible, but they will see that it is a story of unfailing love, as God seeks from the beginning of Creation to draw humankind to Him through the grace of the Gospel.
